The world, literally, we did it!
So far we have printed, jigs, brackets, vacuum former moulds, supports, gears, enclosures, mechanisms, drip trays, T.Rex skulls(!) the list goes on and increases everyday.
We do impose some restrictions of our own though, we will not print firearms or working parts thereof.
The answer is not a lot!
We use the term Additive Manufacturing because the Incremental Engineering mission is direct manufacturing of end use parts and components.
We still love prototypes , as long as they are functional!
Yes, subject to some design guidelines we can achieve this with you.
Yes they most definitely are.
Your valuable design data is stored behind a state of the art firewall and is only maintained for the duration of the production cycle, unless otherwise instructed for ongoing supplies.
Ideally high resolution .STL files as we can load these directly. However we can also convert from most 3D model formats including, Solidworks, Catia, Inventor, Fusion 360 the list is huge.
Please contact us if you are at all unsure of how to submit models to Incremental.
Most models can be submitted by email but if they are too large we can arrange or accept model transfer via third party services such as Dropbox or Wetransfer.
We operate as a traditional supplier, this is deliberate to fit with most SME purchasing models.
You send us a request for quote, we quote then hopefully, you order.
We can accept straight forward orders, call off orders, kit orders and JIT orders with stock holding at Incremental.
Yes, we would be very happy to sign your NDA or we can supply a template if you prefer.
